When you join, we set up or tidy your accounts so everything new lands on a solid foundation. These benefits are delivered once — they are not repeated monthly.

Scope

The fine print, in plain language

  • What counts as one video

    A standard video is a vertical, edited clip of about 30–45 seconds with music, text and your branding. Longer formats, complex animation or multi-location shoots are quoted separately.

  • Publishing to three platforms

    Each approved video or graphic is adapted and posted to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok where the format is supported. That is the same piece of content on three platforms — not three separately produced pieces. Some platforms require your login approval or a format change.

  • Revisions

    Every content item includes one revision round before publishing. Additional revision rounds are available as a quoted add-on.

  • Filming visits

    Visits are booked in advance at a time that suits you, within our local service area confirmed during onboarding. Extra visits, travel outside the area or large photo shoots are quoted separately.

  • Your information and assets

    You provide accurate business details, offers, prices, logos and any footage or photos you want used, and confirm you have the right to use them. We never ask for your account passwords in chat — access is set up through the platforms’ own role and permission tools.

  • Approvals and turnaround

    Nothing is published without your approval. Drafts are usually shared within 3–5 working days of filming or receiving your assets, and revisions within 2 working days. Delayed approvals move the schedule; unused monthly deliverables do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

  • Onboarding benefits are one-time

    Account setup, Google Business Profile assistance, WhatsApp Business setup, the digital presence review and the QR code are delivered once when you join — they are not repeated every month.

We don’t guarantee views, follower counts, leads, sales, Google verification or search rankings. Platforms change their rules and reach often; what we control is the quality, consistency and timing of your content.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is the Starter price really PKR 5,000?

Yes — for each of your first 2 months as a new Starter customer. From month 3, Starter is PKR 7,000/month. That’s PKR 2,000 off each introductory month, PKR 4,000 in total.

Are Growth and Premium deliverables added to Starter’s?

No. Each package lists its own monthly totals: Growth is 8 videos and 8 graphics in total; Premium is 12 videos and 12 graphics in total.

Do you make separate videos for each platform?

No. Each approved video or graphic is adapted and posted to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok where supported — the same content, three platforms.

What happens on a filming visit?

We come to your location at a time agreed in advance to film products, your space, your team or short scenes for upcoming videos.

Can you run paid ads?

Ads management is a separately quoted add-on, and the ad budget is paid directly to the platform. Packages cover organic content and publishing.

Do you reply to customer messages for us?

Customer inbox and comment handling isn’t part of the packages. We focus on making and publishing your content.

What do you need from me?

Your business details, offers and prices, logo, any photos or footage you’d like used, and timely approvals. Page access is granted through each platform’s own roles — never by sharing passwords in chat.
