Terms & service scope
These terms describe how RiseMakers Studio provides its services. Each project or package is also confirmed in writing — a quote, proposal or message confirmation — which takes priority where it is more specific.
Prices
Prices on this website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). “From” prices are starting points; the final price depends on the scope agreed in writing. International clients receive custom quotes.
Starter introductory offer: PKR 5,000 per month for each of the first 2 months for every new Starter customer. From month 3, the regular Starter price of PKR 7,000 per month applies.
Deliverables
Social media package deliverables are monthly totals as listed on the pricing pages. Higher packages replace lower ones; their quantities are not added together.
Onboarding benefits — account setup, Google Business Profile assistance, WhatsApp Business setup, the digital presence review and the QR code — are provided once, not monthly.
Unused monthly deliverables do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Approvals and revisions
Content is published only after your approval. Each content item includes one revision round; additional rounds are quoted separately. Delayed approvals may move the schedule.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate business information and confirm you have the right to use any materials you send us, such as logos, photos, footage and music.
You grant platform access through each platform’s own roles and permissions, and you keep ownership of your accounts.
Third-party platforms and costs
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, WhatsApp, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Play and the App Store are operated by third parties. Their rules, fees, approvals and changes are outside our control.
Subscriptions, domains, hosting, advertising budgets, developer accounts, payment and courier fees are paid separately unless agreed otherwise in writing.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, leads, sales, Google verification, search rankings or app store acceptance. We commit to delivering the agreed scope with care.
Demonstration work
Showcase items on this website feature fictional brands created by the studio. They illustrate capability; they are not client projects. Interactive demos do not process real orders, bookings or payments.
To be finalised
Payment schedule, cancellation notice and ownership or licensing of deliverables are confirmed in each written quote until standard terms are finalised.
Governing law and dispute resolution will be confirmed following professional legal review.
